|Recommended: Noone in the office, not even during posted hours, no one answers the phones, parking lot isn't lit. Nor do I have a front porch light that I can control. And as everyone else has said there is constantly no hot no water. Also people sitting everywhere including directly outside my window just camped out.
Communication here does not exist. The maintenance enters whenever they want. Which you agreed to in your lease. I've been waiting over 8 months for a financial meeting and they claim I've had meetings with them yet the meetings they are claiming we have had they never showed up for because no one is ever in the office. The ONLY saving grace of this office was Claire and she mysteriously up and disappeared overnight. Moved out and all.
|Recommended: NoThis place is terrible. The only saving grace was Claire and she suspiciously vanished over night. Maintenance enters without permission it's written in the lease they can if they have a maintenance request .. landlords refuse to communicate with you. The water often gets randomly shut off and the hot water is often not hot. The grounds are dirty. And there are is very little light in the parking lot. Porch lights are hit or miss if you have one. The office staff is rude and disrespectful.
|Recommended: NoThey are never in office when they say they will be. Maintenance doesn’t respect your things. They don’t give a 24 hour notice before entering apartment. They claim thy fix things and never do. 10 10 wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

|Recommended: YesVines at Edmond is great place to stay. The staffs are super nice and friendly. Especially, Kiera McDonald is a very nice and helpful Staff.
|Recommended: YesI enthusiastically recommend this apartment complex. I moved here in August 2019, and since then I have a fun, gratifying, and exciting experience of living at the heart of Edmond in a highly affordable and spacious apartment with a lovely view. Edmond has the best schools in the state, so thanks to staying here, my son goes to an excellent primary school with superb instruction. I grew up in a big city in Europe, and living in this complex I thrive from the excitement of urban synergy and pleasures of shopping TJMaxx and HomeGoods are about 1 3 of the mile from here . My son and I play every day to four-five different parks in Edmond - there are so many in a close driving distance from the complex. My son and I spend our summer at Lake Arcadia with a wonderful beach and a gorgeous park - a 15-minute drive from this complex. We are lucky to have the caring efficient crew, Ms. Kiera and Mr. Jesse. They are both outstanding This complex is the best kept secret in Edmond.
|Recommended: YesWonderful staff, love that they have a dog park. If problems arise, they always take care of them in a timely manner.
